The successful candidate will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects, ensuring that all work meets the highest quality standards, stays within budget, and is completed on time.

Responsibilities

- - Manage and supervise project activities from initiation to completion.
  - Coordinate with architects, consultants, subcontractors, and clients.
  - Prepare and review project schedules, budgets, and reports.
  - Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
  - Solve technical issues and provide engineering support during construction.
  - Conduct site inspections and ensure proper execution of designs.
  - Maintain project documentation, including contracts, drawings, and reports.

- Requirements:
- - Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field.
  - Minimum of 8+ years of experience in construction projects, with at least 5 years in the UAE.
  - Proven expertise in mid high rise buildings construction
  - Strong project management skills with knowledge of scheduling tools.
  - Familiarity with UAE construction codes and regulations.
  - Valid UAE driving license.
  - Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
